Endurance hire-kart racing was essentially developed in Europe for those who
wanted a demanding, but inexpensive way to participate in long distance
motor races using teams of drivers.
Patterned after endurance sports car racing like the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the
Daytona Rolex 24 and the Sebring 12 Hours of Endurance, this popular form of
motor sports has taken root and grown all over the European continent.
Now, Johan Schwartz has brought this inexpensive form of racing to the
United States in the form of Endurance Karting.
Endurance Karting is designed to allow anyone, virtually anywhere
to
arrive at the karting location with nothing except the yen to drive a motor
vehicle at its limits. 2004 marks the opening of our West Coast
division with races scheduled in Las Vegas, NV and Los Angeles, CA while
events on the East coast are scheduled for Connecticut, North Carolina,
Florida, and Indiana.
Find the event that is right for you and come experience the thrill of
racing.
Why Endurance Karting?
1.
Arrive and
Race:
Endurance Karting provides all the equipment and staff needed in an event.
Karts, mechanics and fuel are already included in your cost. Driving
gear (suits, jackets, helmets, gloves, neck collars, and rib protectors are
available for rental the day of the event). Just show up with your
competitive spirit to experience close racing and exciting pit stops, first
hand!
2.
Sign up as
Individual or a Team:
You can sign up individually or put a team together with friends, coworkers
or enter as a corporate team. If you sign up as an individual, you will be
matched with drivers of similar driving skills.
3.
Least Expensive form of
Racing: At an Endurance Karting event you will get the most seat time
for your money. Not only this, but you are not responsible for crash
damage to the kart! We make it an endurance event so that many can be
involved for a long enough period that everyone goes home feeling like they
had ample opportunity to explore the world of wheel-to-wheel motor racing
and gain some understanding that they may not previously have had.
4.
Beginner
to the Professional/Young to the Seasoned:
We offer a variety of programs for all skill levels and ages. Whether
racing with a group of friends, bringing clients to the track for the day,
or on an outing with family members, we have exciting programs that allow
all to reap the benefits of the camaraderie that team competition engenders.
5.
Real
Wheel-to-Wheel Racing:
You will live it all – Cheering on your teammates; checking the live timing
and scoring; planning the racing tactics; exciting pit-stops; and the
excitement just won’t stop. You’re no longer just a spectator; you’re
testing yourself in the thick of the competition. Adding to
competition, each race has 5 classes you and your team choose to compete in:
Super Rookie, Rookie, Pro, 40+, and Big Boy. Awards give to top 3
finishing teams in each class. |
